Story Showdown Opening & Closing Act

My favorite performance opportunities are always the ones in which I also love the show content. When I was asked to entertain at “Story Showdown”, I started counting down the days in excitement! Story Showdown is a storytelling competition featuring the Bay Area’s top performers, comedians & renegade storytellers. It’s a very interactive show; the audience picks the winner. I wasn’t competing, but asked to be the opening act, and then the closing act while the judges count the votes. Story Showdown is hosted at Awaken Cafe in downtown Oakland, CA.
